Event notifications (required opt-in): Your name, email, and phone number will be used to send you SMS and/or email notifications during the event, including updates on your position in line and announcements regarding giveaway selections held in partnership with UNH Fashion.

Promotional content from Inherit Vintage (optional opt-in): If you separately and explicitly opt in to receive promotional content from Inherit Vintage, your contact information will be shared with Inherit Vintage after the conclusion of the event. This opt-in is entirely optional and is not required to participate in the event or receive event notifications.

UNH Fashion: VintageVaries is facilitating event notification services in partnership with UNH Fashion. Your event notification data may be accessed by UNH Fashion solely for the purpose of coordinating event operations.

Inherit Vintage: Only if you explicitly opt in to receive promotional content from Inherit Vintage will your contact information be shared with Inherit Vintage after the event. You will be clearly informed of this at the time of opt-in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any parties beyond those explicitly named in this policy.

4. SMS Communications & How to Opt Out

By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from VintageVaries. Message and data rates may apply.

Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from VintageVaries. If you opted in to Inherit Vintage promotional messages, you must contact Inherit Vintage directly to opt out of their communications.
